Exercise

Last year, I lost 7 lbs and Caus lost 50 lbs! I'm determined this year to lose the remaining 5 lbs. I wanted to start the New Year off with a run yesterday, but my knee was acting up again. The pain still comes and goes, but this cold weather does not help at all! That pain is behind me, so today I started my workout with an insanity video: cardio + abs. I finished with the 10 minute workout that I created that targets legs, butt, arms and abs. My goal is to try and workout at least 4xs a week for 30-45 minutes. I believe it is completely doable. : )



Today was incredibly peaceful in the apartment. The kids who live underneath us went back to school, so there was no yelling or continuously bouncing the ball. Ahhhh. I can't wait until we get a house, so it will be this peaceful ALL the time.
