On another note, Caus and I have this friend who is kinda a lingerer when he comes over. If you've ever seen Pineapple Express, where Sal uses the line, "F*cking lingerer," then you know exactly what I'm talking about. It's funny bc we make this joke every.single.time. lol. On the real, the kid is cool...just a little anxious/nervous and doesn't know when it's time to roll out. haha.
Day 3: Fit Test
Yes, maybe I should have done this first, but I didn't, so let's do it and move on. lol.
There are 7 exercises. The goal is to see how many you can accomplish in 50 secs.
Squat Jump: 27
Push ups: 30
Burpees: 12
High Knees: 51
Switch Lunges: 13 (Here I did regular lunges bc of my knee)
Tuck Jumps: 20
Straight Abs: 16
I did about half of the ripped in 30, week 4 DVD. Normally, I would have finished it, but pain started shooting through my knee, so I am finished for today.
I'm giving props to all the women out there who work their butts off to be toned and physically fit. It's a long, hard journey, but worth it in the end.
